Boutique studios were running on three half-broken tools and a WhatsApp group. Members felt the seams. Coaches were doing data entry instead of coaching.
What is Fisique and how was it built?
Started with the brand, service offering, pricing, trainer payouts. When off-the-shelf software couldn't handle the floor, built our own: a member hub, a lead pipeline the floor manager actually uses (Fisique Leadflow), and a tiny desktop helper that links the fingerprint reader at the door to the web app (Fisique Bridge). WhatsApp follow-ups that get read. And Kokapet.run on the side, a run club that became the studio's most-converting lead source.
